"Unleash Your Creativity" Contest is a CSR initiative organized by Fernand Hosri Group, it is an annual interuniversity competition aiming at gaining Lebanese young talents national and international recognition and experience. The engagement and participation of youth is essential to achieve sustainable development. Often the opportunity for youth to engage economically or socially is inexistent, and in this increasingly competitive international market, it is no longer enough for students to attain excellence from a disciplined technical point of view without hands or experience in the real world. This event, under the Patronage of the Lebanese Ministry of Labor, rapidly gained interest for the past years and attracted prominent partners and sponsors. Top 8 universities in Lebanon participate in the competition and are (in alphabetical order) AUB, AUST, Balamand, LAU, LU, NDU, USEK, USJ, who usually receive a common brief and accordingly present the related Advertising and Marketing plans for evaluation. The selected groups are submitted to coaching sessions by talented professionals before the final event which is covered by local and regional media partners.

Riccardo Fernand HOSRI was born in Beirut in 1973 in a family of business entrepreneurs whose motto is “Merit by Knowledge, Hard Work and Tradition”.
It is therefore normal that at a young age and whilst in his 1st year of college, Riccardo has integrated the family business through SACOTEL sal, one of the companies of the FERNAND HOSRI GROUP of which he is a board member since the year 2000.
After having pursued his early school years in Collège Des Frères Maristes Champville in Lebanon and due to the series of intermittant wars, he travelled to England and graduated from The International School of Choueifat UK (SABIS), Bath.
His patriotism, loyalty, dedication and sense of sacrifice for his homeland pushed him to come back.
He entered the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 1991 and then continued his BS and obtained his Marketing and Management degrees with high distinction from The Lebanese American University (LAU) in
After having proved his skills in marketing, management and strategy planning and having occupied various positions in the family business company, he has been appointed CEO of Sacotel sal in January 2015; SACOTEL being the market leader in telecom, security and automation systems and solutions in Lebanon since 1978.
He is also Managing Director at URMET Middle East since 2013.

Besides this, his passion for Lebanon is also the source of one of his favorite hobbies, motorcycle riding, which lead him to become the founder and general manager of F.A. HOSRI AUTOMOTIVE, as well as managing partner at Bikes & Co. a company he created in 2013.
He is also Chairman at ANB Motorcycles Club since 2013.
On another note, he also offers his skills to the Syndicate of Security and Safety Professionals in Lebanon (SSSPL) of which is President since April 2012.
Riccardo is married to Maria EL KHOURY and they are parents of 3 girls Leila, Raya and Joana.
Tarek having qualified as a solicitor in 2003 in the UK, however, saw his true calling in strategy and moved into digital strategy at (what was then) mOne at Mindshare - worked on major launches for Ford, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and Mazda across Europe as well as having worked on the digital brand pioneer ’Napster' over the next few years - creating experiences as well as online content - most notably - Volvo c30, Ford Focus and the legal launch of Napster in Europe.
Tarek was the first in online gaming integration with Ford and Nike. Wanting to return to his roots Tarek moved to Dubai with J. Walter Thompson as a (digital planner) and focused on brand planning / development and channel planning before moving to Beirut to head the Planning for the Levant. Today Tarek heads up the Beirut Levant Hub operations partnering with both Nicolas Geahchan and Suzanne Talhouk having sealed 3 GPs in the Dubai Lynx and 3 Cannes Lions in 2016 to mention but a few awards that JWT Beirut have landed in the past year under his stewardship.

Joe is a Creative Director born, raised and based in Beirut, working for the MENA region and handling a big chunk of the business in Beirut, Jeddah and Riyadh in addition to heading the New Business Development Unit for these offices. He has a diverse work background ranging from online to fully integrated multilingual campaigns in the Middle East.
With more than 14 years’ experience at BBDO, he has led campaigns for clients including Audi, Volkswagen, PepsiCo, Samsung, Pomi, Vape...
During his career, Joe has won many regional and International awards across all categories, including two Grand Prix and several Gold, Silver and Bronze awards. He's been a jury member for multiple awards' shows and has taught at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts in Beirut.
